#7422 RE: slegy #7421

I read the January 19, 2015 request for more information from the agency and at the time thought they were asking for quite a lot of information. You can read the report at: http://www.newcolombiaresources.com/documents.php In the US, companies typically hire specific consultants to prepare the studies requested by the agency. Sometimes these consultant studies cost massive $$. I know that John and his team are working on producing the requested information.

For those of us who have held this stock and followed the company for years, it has always been a question of when and how, never a question of honesty or integrity. Those questions have only been raised by Syn.

If John had the right $$ investor(s), this would quickly become a done deal, and the stock would be 75 cents a share. That is why the one-time talks with TATA of India were such a big deal at the time. Until such an investor comes along, we are hoping for the permit and some early development contracts that will raise the money for the eventual big score.

John has the land and the mining rights. Soon (we hope) he will have the environmental permit. That combination may be what is necessary to lure the big investor that we need.

Time will tell. I have my shares and am comfortable that my investment will eventually pay off. Obtaining the permit is key. We now have absolute confirmation that the permit application is at the agency and appears to be a high priority for issuance.
