Who wants to convert their Pizza shop to a Failed Pizza Chain with no operating stores to even use as a model? On top of it, pay a fee to do it, and pay a monthly fee!
Maybe they ought to open a real pizza shop, bring in some cash, and the store can be a Model to sell franchises. They were down this road 10 years ago. Look what happened.
