I'm here. Just watching though. If this was a 95% guarantee I wouldn't touch it. Its comical to me that he says the reduction in a/s will protect investors from dilution. I nearly fell out of my chair when I read that. Hopefully some people can flip a little and make something. But I wouldn't count on it
