He's been in contempt since 2012. Nothing has happened. Normal citizens get immediately thrown in jail for this same charge.

This is true. He is contempt of congress from the fast and furious scandal. But since he is the AG he chooses who will be indicted, and he has chosen not to indict himself. This is criminal behavior times 2, and the media does not cover it. Very sad time for the U.S., that this can happen. No way to get justice with this administration in place. What I want to know, is can the administration and Holder be indicted after they leave office? I sure hope so,
