The MM's buying between .00009 .00001, from those who place market orders to sell, instead of limit orders. Under these conditions, the MM's are happy to sell to anyone at .0001, for up to a 1000% profit.
This is also the reason we see so many bashers on the .0001 stocks. They usually have plenty of negative ammo against a company at these levels, along with the one sided profit window, making it the easiest to manipulate with the least amount of risk.
