The 1.7m on the bid at .0011 are mine. I put in a good until cancelled order on Friday for 3m shares - at that point the ask was .0011. I received about 1.3m shares throughout the day but only after they jacked me around and moved the bid up as soon as I put my order in. Games are being played for sure.

Interesting to see CSTI just moved their "Spread" up to 0.10
