I would consider that to be good dilution.

That guy was actually incorrect on his initial statement.. didn't bother to correct him though. $EAPH has only had 1 R/S when the company changed from LAM research.. not that it changes anything as it relates to market cap.
In reality it's net neutral but psychologically terrible for shareholders.
