Yes, one year and two days ago I was demonized for daring to call out the company and accuse it of being full of shit when it claimed the much-anticipated scale-up had been completed which the company told investors would mean TOX would then begin.
I insisted, in part from help from my sources, that TOX studies hadn't yet started in 2014, wouldn't be completed in 2014, and all they had to do was watch 2014 unfold for the proof.
Here we are in 2015 and so far 2015 is looking like a 2014 encore.
You know how they say lawyers tend to drag their feet because they get paid by the hour and want to justify their existence while keeping the pay flowing? The same can be said about many biowreck company executives.
