Mine is the parent company of level 5 beverage so it's like a top down pyramid. Mine in and of itself is more of a shell that created level 5 beverage. Level 5 beverage purchased Avanzar. Mine owns either 70 or 78 percent of level 5 beverage. Mine is allowed to report all of the revenue from all operations.

Just an FYI on Minerco, they don't manufacture the products, it is
all contracted out so the 2 employees is probably accurate.

It would be cost prohibitive to have an actual bottling facility at
this point, what the future holds for their own brick n mortar is
unknown at this time.

With Avanzar, they were brought in to distribute the product, they
already had multiple employees on their books.

Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC (ASM) will also have a hand in distribution, things are getting interesting.

I'm not exactly sure how many employees Level 5 actually has off hand.
