Not so fast my friend.. Greece is in a bad spot partly due to single source reliance on EU and as we can see the EU is using this reliance to thier advantage.
Developing multiple stream of financial support, ie Russia,U.S., China, would give them much stronger position to negotiate.
The lock the EU has on it's members may very well be broken by Greece.
This story may be incorrect in regard to being executed by Tue, which does seem awfully quick for this type of project could very well come to fruition.
