Nonsense. Nobody knows how many shares he started with. Nobody knows how many shares he gets from his notes. Nobody knows the terms of those notes. Nobody knows how many shares he sold before last month.

I've been asking but nobody can answer: please provide a link to the filing that explains those notes. It should be simple, yet nobody has done so.

That's because it doesn't exist.

If Meadows still holds 90% of his holdings, as you "AGREED 100%", how many shares IS that, anyway? How many shares do you think Meadows currently holds? Please explain the math. I say there's no way anyone can possibly know.
