If your long term, then you can wait until things evolve, otherwise that's not long term. I've been holding for 5 years now and I'm very comfortable in the developments I've seen so far.

I suspect they will file when they have something significant to show in the books, something to the tune of $1,000,000,000, or maybe they'll wait a little while longer and file closer to the tune of $3,000,000,000 after AT&T and Intel. I'm confident they'll file when the share price starts to reflect the value of where the company is heading, they'll do so in order to up-list as has been the goal. Right now I still think it's pre-mature or unnecessary.
