Agree with ya, Many SHAREHOLDERS feel they have a RIGHT or even an OBLIGATION to hold a CEO's feet to the fire.. He IS accountable to the shareholders especially when he is consistently screwing up

Or issuing misleading statements... You don't turn a blind eye
