You mention the one things I really feel p*ssed of about and that is why he/they have not explain the situation as it developed to shareholders. Maybe with those bloodhounds at their heels it may be better to be quiet. Who knows what the reasons are. On the other hand what I read on this board the company is still a going concern and doing business. From the outside all that has changed is the board they are quoted on. But in this complicated situation how long can they keep on going? For me there are so many unknown and difficult to get a firm hand on the situation. All I am hoping for is that fraud is not part of the equation.
