ANT - there is no proof that THEY DONT HAVE it and between their ANNOUNCEMENTS and the WRITING ON THE WALL by their ACTIONS tells me that THEY DO HAVE IT....and the MONEY that they are spending on the PROCESS is not CHEAP as well....

also, THEY ARE NOT SELLING ANY SHARES !!!!!

the TA is NOT GAGGED !!!!

THE O/S actually went down on some of the last reports by a couple hundred million shares!!!!!


HOW can the O/S go down and the FLOAT stay the same and NO SHARES being SOLD?????????



well - I believe THEY HAVE THE FINANCING!!!
I believe they have MORE THEN THE 3 MILLION actually because the SHARE STRUCTURE is NOT BEING DILUTED.....

they announced it SEVERAL TIMES that they have the FINANCING, several times...

and they also have NOT ACTED LIKE THEY DONT HAVE THE FINANCING...necause once again

THEY ARE NOT SELLLING SHARES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

again - ITS 3 MILLION IN FINANCING -

NOT 30 MILLION

this is a subpenny stock not Facebook


3 MILLION will get them started - and the REVENUES THAT THEY EARN from the INITIAL START UP will bring them the FUTURE MONEYS to expand....
