Have no clue. Used to think good revs would move this, but you saw what happened on their last report. Its going to take a lot and its very uncertain whether they can pull it off. I used to think they could, but management has not been great and not up to expectations. Every day management stays quiet is one more day the less confident I am in this company. Sad but true. I have bought and sold my 0069s and have no interest in buying any more until trips or a R/S. Still have a core position. I know Shearin has said no reverse split, but you cannot rule it out. They need to clean up the debentures also. Like I said, going to take a lot and just not sure they are capable.
