There's a new trade reporting facility that opened last year on November 17th - FINRA set it up for OTC stocks after eliminating the OTCBB. This new facility shows all six digits.

However, placing orders is still limited to the minimum of $.0001 by FINRA for this market. The trades you're referring to at 5 to 6 digits on OTC securities are after arbitrage that results in prices below the $.0001 minimum (they take out commission and fees after purchase at market price from Block Position trade transactions), or sometimes market order transactions.

market makers can buy as low as $.000001

if you are really lucky you might be able to get $.00001's

$.00005's are available after the stock falls to $.000001

but most traders get $.0001

always trying for those $.00001's
