the industry is PROVING that a MEDICAL LICENSE is not the way to go for the long term....so instead of spending their dollar on a medical piece of land....
they decided to switch gears and find a piece of land that will allow them to do RECREATIONAL and MEDICAL....
if I had 3million dollars, and I had a choice of Recreational and Medical - over just Medical -
I would take the Recreational option - because I know I will get more bang for my buck....
