It's pretty freaking sorry of them if you ask me. They had a PR bright and early this morning and did not mention it at all. I guess they figured it was not important enough to mention. Very Very Sorry way to treat investors. Another thing. Notice how the price dropped the two days before today almost as if someone knew what was coming and was selling on that information - dughh ya think? It must have been Martha Stewart selling all those shares. Really though it aint funny. I would not be surprised if this stock ends up getting halted and worse.
The result would have been the same whether they set it in stone in a morning or noon PR for all to easily see- people would have started to dump and think the worse as most have here. It's a 1:10 R/S...it could be 1:1000 like a couple I've been thru...
If someone doesn't know what an R/S is and how it works then they shouldn't be here, it's really that simple...
