Splits and reverse splits don't hurt or help anybody. It is just the same pizza being cut up in a different number of slices.
Besides any losses by puppet officers working for the benefit of the puppeteer and to the detriment of existing shareholders might be reimbursed with suitcase money.

For all we know they were given spot bonuses for a job well done and used that to money buy their shares. With this sleazy gagging of the transfer agent I won't put anything past them... they think they are above the law.
