maybe, vapor corp is more retail than technology. i don't see how big tobacco will want to get into a franchising retail store chain. they are all about distribution, unless VPCO had an enormous online business.
VPCO would have to buy Zamplebox or Drip Club and grow it for a few years before Big Tobacco would be that interested.
