What about the 7 new wells at the Keystone Mine - if he simply had intentions to install them, is that good enough?
And the pictures and video of the Congress mill being built and operated? If he takes pictures of someone else's equipment in a location close to the Congress Mine, that's close enough, and he's an honest man?
Or if he truly meant to have revenue by end of year/January, February, March, or maybe sometime in April, or is it now June? But evil bashers and shorters have caused nothing but problems for him, so he can't help that?
And that darned red tape in Ghana, surely he can't be blamed for that, can he?
