Having a real product that is actually for sale is a big accomplishment for Easton, compared to, well, what they were doing. Even if it fails to sell and make money, just getting something out there with their name on it is something, assuming that it is actually available, which it appears to be.
Looks like all the parts are coming together for $EAPH they haven't even announced the event related post PR.. they tweeted the YOGA show pictures and their participation
