Incorrect String, as I already explained this in the other post, no point missed what so ever....

INCC is going through each step and then once the county has the application amended they will upload just like they did with the many others....

here is an example of how there can be deficiencies on the app - happens ALL THE TIME and is NORMAL :

Michael Dress APPLICATION is to BUILD A CAR PORT - not sure if you can read their handwriting on that one or not - BUT THAT CERTAINLY is not AN APPLICATION FOR MJ - SO THAT APPLICATION DOES NOT COUNT....


Skylar Walker APPLICATION is only showing to build a $25,000 Proposed Dwelling Unit - SO THAT APPLICATION DOES NOT COUNT


the TWIN PEAKS - THAT ONE DOES COUNT - the CITY COUNCIL APPROVED THEIR WATER PROCESS in MARCH - and the COUNTY DID NOT UPLOAD THAT APP until APRIL - so that is why they WERE NEVER UPLOADED until NOW - just like INCC is waiting for the WATER PROCESS TO FINISH AND GET APPROVED......
so TWIN PEAKS started their PROCESS last year and INCC started the WATER PROCESS in MARCH


OXY USA application is to only amend their earlier application - SO THAT APPLICATION DOES NOT COUNTY TOWARD YOUR 4 MORE ANALYSIS EITHER

Colorado Springs Astronomical Society is applying for a $50.00 SIGN permit - SO THAT APPLICATION DOES NOT COUNTY TOWARD YOUR 4 MORE ANALYSIS EITHER

Sonic Bloom Festival, LLC / T. Keith Wiggins this is a TEMP USE PERMIT and has NOTHING TO DO WITH MJ CULTIVATION...SO THAT APPLICATION DOES NOT COUNTY TOWARD YOUR 4 MORE ANALYSIS EITHER

SO - IN TOTAL - YOU SAID 4 more APPLICATIONS SHOW UP

after INCC's first attempted SUBMISSTION

but as I have just PROVEN - ONLY 1 APPLICATION has show up of SUBSTANCE

and that one - the process started over a YEAR AGO

INCC's process with this county started in March for the WATER

AT this moment - I AM LOVING HOW FAST INCC is MOVING
