I can't compare CAPEX against operating cash flow because CAPEX is used in cash flow calculation, is it that?

oh..operating cash flow..I thought you were referring to free cash flow

so...calculating from CS numbers...TSMC Capex/op cash flow was 68% in 2014...estimated to be at 61% in 2015...

so what is your point??

Yeah, but at the same time you guys are trying to tell us that the smartphone will replace the PC.

I don't believe I ever said that. My view is most people typically have and use all three.

pc's = primarily work/school
tablets = content consumption/soc media at home
smartphones = staying connected while away from home

There can be some overlap (tablets&pc's, tablets&phones)...but generally speaking I think they serve different functions.
