first of all Finra has not lied and there is no link that comes close to saying they did

as for spinning anything into a negative light for EFIR, Dennis and his associates have done a terrific job of that on their own

The company board of directors approved a reverse split and the company not only reported that the affected it, they also clearly substantiated that fact by reporting the share structure

That is all FACTUAL information... why would they lie about it??

Dennis Alexander has run every public company he is associated with into the ground

A pointless conversation as the reverse split HAS NOT taken place yet even though the last financial statements for 2013 accounted for it.
I don't think anyone really cares as this company is a real dog and so are MNVN and Boomerang.
