Both. audited fins and the un-gagged T/A

What's more important audited financials or an un-gagged TA

Good stocks at this tier typically choose to just have their annual report audited, while this still gives investors some angst during the year, they still know they can see an audited annual report which should validate the previous 4 quarterlies.
Even newbies know enough to steer clear of anything with a bloated A/S and gagged Transfer Agent.
The only reason a transfer agent is ever gagged is obvious, CEO wants to dump shares at will with nobody the wiser.
Just like the secret lab, no good reason on earth for that. Unless you're really cooking meth in there.
When you're cooking the books, financials take a while to complete.
Anyone ever look at righ's financials? A student fresh out of business school should be able to do them in 1 week flat, not like it's Exxon ...there's hardly anything to report.
Good fins always seem to be on time, the embarrassing financials are always late.

IMO, audited financial and an ungagged TA would not necessarily influence RIGH's SP very much. Revenue and profits would influence the SP.

If RIGH's TA were free to reveal and the A/S and O/S were around 30 billion or much more, that should/could be a negative to anyone wanting to buy in, IMO
