That is the stupidest reason to believe that a PR is coming, that I have ever heard of... The 10k at hand is supposed to bring PVSP current, and People on this board claiming to be in touch with Paul have told us that he plans to release the 10k as soon as possible when it is finished...
If what you believe is true then Paul is hurting shareholders by allowing the price to fluctuate in this area and scare people out of their shares (which they probably have sold for a loss now). He is also doing it on purpose so that he can wait and put the news out on a "weed holiday". That's the mark of a great CEO if you ask me, LOL, hope to god you are wrong, would be a pretty scummy thing for a CEO to do IMHO...
