Let's say you right about that, but company can always change a record day with finra for example coming Wednesday 4/22 so whoever buy today will be fine. We are in pinki land that's not a NASDAQ or other big board, everything is possible here. Look at company yesterdays sticky they stated few times that everybody who buys till today is getting dividends.
