You are right rtrster, and thanks for the post. The actual price was $.325/sh.( The reporting person purchased 7,692,307 units of the Issuer's securities at $0.325 per unit in a private placement, with each unit comprised of one share of common stock and a 24 month warrant to purchase 0.4 share of the Issuer's common stock) and the way I read it each Warrants exercise price is $.44. Looks very good all in all. GLTA.$$$PGLC. g.
