This will have 0 effect on the uplist to OTCQB....none whatsoever..

It's a late filing....it's obvious they need either more help or more hours in the day. It will have to be corrected though once the F10 goes effective.

I've actually seen otc put a stop sign on a company after they submit filings or during an uplist. Otc basically has a terrible system put in place because of this. So realistically we don't know reason for the stop sign. But i can say it's not bc of not posting a qtr report on their website. They're never on top of these things like they should be.

Uplist has been on their plate since September 2010,

but yes, they have been going in the opposite direction.
