Hey buddy ... could have just been a glitch ... honestly the pps went so up and down at such a low level one day (
0001, .0000001, .000001) etc. I honestly saw Scottrade trading system give up and glitched the pps @ .01 for a few mins. .... I just about fell out of my chair that day. I think it was in Dec. ... we can dream, right :)
