This upward push seems odd and sounds like something akin to traders looking to move/push the PPS up getting us to think 'something' is happening, then "dropping" the PPS. . . this movement does not make sense. I would think there might be a temporary push up or down based on the results of the May 11 hearing OR . . is this anticipation of a positive out come of that hearing.
