Use common sense; would the likes of Dr. Andrews associate himself with SVFC if he thought there was a chance of an impending class action lawsuit? Of course not!
Suggestions of lawsuits are from disgruntled shareholders. Those same shareholders will quickly change their tune once they start to see a ROI.
