The Radient Lenders would have to file new 13's when/if they acquired more shares, as the creeping merger theorists claim.

The lack of 13's for Radient proves that no Institution or Reporting Entity owned 5% of Radient in 2013 or 2014.

Oops- I was wrong about one thing.

I had said earlier that the Aussies had done nothing constructive since being appointed to their positions by the Takeover Group.

Actually they did do something right away at that time. It is going on one year since they set up the blank Radient-Diagnostics.com website for future use.
