SEC conclusion means nothing if they go belly up or dilute. Look at the current PPS. Nobody cares. It only matters if the company has a healthy balance sheet and a business plan that has a credible road map to profitability. Again- Brad is not capable of managing anything larger than an operation out of a single family home garage. He needs to go.
