Why would him resigning be a BAD thing? He drove this company into the ground and is being replaced by a guy who held high executive positions (including CEO) at companies like Molson, SC Johnson, Campbell's and Heinz.

This is a great development and has obviously been in the works for months with O'Neill coming on in January.

So why are giant bids coming in? Seems ppl know something BIG about this stock. Just pure speculation on my point, but so it appears.
