Thank you for your interest in Double Crown Resources. In response to
your question regarding our Houston Office facilities please be advised
that we have recently moved to new offices in City Centre, located in
Town & Country at Beltway 8 and I-10. The primary reasons for this
relocation were that our lease at the Heron Lakes Office Park expired in
March of 2015 and also that the new location in City Centre actually
affords better access to our clients and other business associates. If
you refer to the company's most recent 10-K filing you will see a
reference to this situation on page F-9 which reads as follows, "The
Company leases office space in Houston, Texas expiring in March of 2015
for $8,000 per month." Additionally, you may note that the Double
Crown Resources website currently has a notice up that the site is under
construction. When the website revisions are completed we will be sure
to post the most current information regarding our offices there. In
the meantime, we will post a new notice as soon as possible that the
Heron Lakes office has been moved to avoid any further confusion.
