pinksheet required some specific on some issues that is what the company indicated on the phone days ago, also the send out an e-mail to all the investor after what happen..

Also pinksheet need some info, on american way i was told but again this is all "again" opinions base on investor posting plus info from the responses from MGMX at some point..

and regards to news coming also are manys rumor's just wait..

The MGMX Hold Up

After putting the pieces together (which include emails, rumors, and obvious reasoning) I came up with the following:

All the necessary information was provided to Pinks, they of course reviewed the info and formulated additional questions, and as per some recent emails from the company that have been posted, they had to translate several documents, including the financials - which in itself is not quite as easy as it sounds - plus the conversion on all these documents from Colombian Pesos to US Dollar.

This should be clearing up VERY shortly, we were all hoping by this week, but, my honest opinion is that we'll see this one trading sideways until after Memorial Day and then it'll just explode from there on !!

So, buy in at these cheap prices ... believe me, the time is now.
