Richard Koening, is a practicing doctor who splits his time as CEO of GVSI, has zero experience managing a public company. He is in way over his head. Koenig is an expert about the vibrating shoe product but because of his lack of managerial skills, has failed to obtain funding for GVSI to produce, stock & market the shoes. As of now, Koenig has been turned down by every source of funding he has contacted. Because of the lack of funding, GVSI is in limbo. Shareholders are stuck with an amateur CEO who can't deliver the goods & has mass diluted the current shareholder base before executing a reverse split.
