Here is the facts.

The broker for NMGL last filings was a 15-12G filed on May 24, 2012.

For those of that doesn't know what that means, here is the def.

When a firm “goes dark” it deregisters with the Securities
and Exchange Commission (SEC) and delists its shares.
Deregistered fi rms are no longer required to make SEC fi lings
such as annual reports, proxies, 10-Ks, 10-Qs and other
important documents. And they’re no longer required to have
annual meetings or elect outside directors.
To deregister, a fi rm fi les Form 15-12G (Securities
Registration Termination) with the SEC stating its intent to
deregister, usually by a certain date.

What is pathetic is that shorty still won't admit it.

lol, what is really pathetic is a few victims of this scam still hanging on to the NSS lie that the very crooks behind FFGO created.

when reality is in one's face, it's best to recognize it and not continue ignoring and denying it.

Those facts scare those that are short. They know that with the drop of a few filings they could be in jeopardy. Go FFGO!!!
Dividends of 3400%+ are worth waiting for!
