Exactly. The balance sheet isn't great, but looks like that real estate deal is on and that is huge from a cash flow standpoint. They keep lining deals up like that, this could be a major cash cow!
Is it me, or did that 10K have every darn document including the kitchen sink thrown in there??!! Pretty damn transparent if you ask me. +300 pages of documentation!
