The more I dig the less I find. Historically the Encore Franchises were reported by Southern to be in good shape and adding to the revenue base. Maybe someone can tell me why buying back revenue producing franchises is a plus to a business strategy. Were the franchises not adhering to their agreements. At one time it appears they were expanding into Texas. Very little info is available on that outcome. Is the holding company (Southern) going to run the whole show? I also thought I saw hints referring to the medical MJ market. There has to be something going on we are not being made aware of. All IMO of course.
