I think you are totally right Unity! This decision to do this is HUGE and I think she wants congress to approve. and with the political outcome where the USA percentage wise is in favor of this, I could see the Republican party embracing this so it can be on their ticket for the white house as an accomplishment.. either way it was a lot to ask of a Judge. But I think Congress will approve especially since the Feds have basically been told to stay away and how can you justify Classification 1 drug when states are legalizing Medical MJ.. Schedule 1 says there is NO Medical value.. already doesn't make sense and will have to change.
I agree 100%, well said. It's ok for people in this country to a consume chemicals in their food, alcohol, tobacco, high fructose corn syrup, msg's, and other crap, but marijuana is a schedule I drug??? LMFAO, just sad.
