holter, LOL S3 is due to file their 10-K at the end of September. I was giving investors a day or two to realize what S3 had turned into. By October 1, 2006, new investors will be scrambling to invest in S3. IMO Do you think there is a good chance this will happen?
I wish I had financials of SINO and Redwood so I could consolidate them and actually look at a pro-forma of what S3 will be. When S3 files their 10-K, they will need to go back and restate the prior year also, which will give us an idea of just how much the subs have grown over the last year. The percent increase will give us an idea of what the future will bring.
What are your thoughts regarding the official 14A? Do you think JB will revise the a/s request before he submits the final version? All it would take now is a stroke of the pen to change the final 14A. JB should have gotten enough feedback by now to know that the three billion increase in a/s would not fly.
