Pierce is the Chairman of ISBG's Board. I have no idea how that happened...to my knowledge there was no formal announcement or filing. Here's my only source for it: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ISBG/profile (I also recall seeing, but I don't remember where, that he was referred to as either "a" or "the" majority shareholder....I don't know how or when that happened either.)
I have no feelings about ISBG. My interest in it, this company, and any other of the myriad troubled small caps that grow like weeds on these pages is for entertainment purposes only. I'm not smart enough to figure out how to make money investing in them. That said, the connection between the two companies, and what appears to be a gaggle of llc's managed by Pierce that are somehow related to them, promises to be amusing. I'm already amused by the interest that some DKTS holders/consultants/promoters have evidenced in ISBG's prospects.
