Well, I do not believe (and this is just my opinion) that they would put the time and effort into giving the company product a NDC if they are not going to be approved... Why go through all that paperwork if the product is only to be denied? in my opnion, this is a MAJOR step and the mods should sticky highlight that NDC info and that needs to be all over the internet!!!
