The shares sold in this offering, if any, will be sold from time to time at various prices. After giving effect to the sale of our common stock in the maximum aggregate offering amount of $40,000,000 at an assumed offering price of $1.15 per share, the last reported sale price of our common stock on The NASDAQ Global Market on March 12, 2015, and after deducting estimated offering commissions and expenses payable by us, our net tangible book value as of December 31, 2014 would have been $19.0 million, or $0.14 per share of common stock. This represents an immediate increase in the net tangible book value of $0.33 per share to our existing stockholders and an immediate and substantial dilution in as-adjusted net tangible book value of $1.01 per share to new investors who purchase our common stock in the offering.
