Peg... re: "Jesus Crowd"... unfortunately these guys are little more than ignorant, bigoted kooks. They are not really Christians, they just use Religion as a veneer to hide their ignorant views...as a justification of their rotten existence. They think it gives them legitimacy but their views are far, far from Christian, and totally opposed to Jesus' teachings.
