Not only that, but the company can't sell shares directly without filing a registration statement and having it approved. Ain't gonna happen.

They can sell through death spirals though who could sell at $.0002 and cover from the company at $.00015. In which case the convert holder would make $.00005/share and the company $.00015 and the retail buyer lose $.0002 (or maybe only $.0001 if he sold quickly enough).

In what freakin' universe is it permissible for a company to "generate revenue" through a "share repurchase program", be it a Private Purchase, a 10b5-1 plan, an ASR or any G-DAMN OTHER KIND???

Geez, the degree of DELUSION about RIGH trading is exceeded only by the degree of DILUTION!

Shareholders were DILUTED (and possibly DELUDED, if they bought more or didn't GET OUT THEN) the day Salvatore Tuzzolino and Taylor Moffitt's shells were given 28+ BILLION shares for almost nothing in late 2013.

The manipulators have been profiting off the fact that many investors didn't RUN when they saw the writing on the wall... hoping that MJ Mania would strike again... keeping the PPS ridiculously high (it's overvalued at .0001!)... or believing all the BS hype they heard...

The scammers have been trading with and among themselves since then, generating profits all the way down from those foolish or innocent enough to think RIGH was a real company...

...first-time buyers, would-be bottom catchers, folks "averaging down at these ridiculously low prices!"

Sigh... it's just sad... a lot of good people suckered out of hard-earned money... (yeah, I know... it's their own fault... but still, it just ain't right)

Maybe more details when I can shake this chill at the thought of how delusional some of these claims are...
